Instructions for Submitting Samples

When submitting samples you are required to complete a Sample Submission Form; up to ten samples can be attached to each submission form. The form must include your assigned project number and the PI's signature. Each form should also have a short and unique sample name (i.e. Histone 1, next form Histone 2).

If you wish to submit more than 10 samples for analysis at one time please be sure to notify the facility to obtain authorization to do so before submission. Large quantities of samples submitted at one time without authorization will not automatically be processed for analysis and may be returned for non-compliance with submission policy. Also, if dropping samples off in person to the facility, please arrive before 4pm Monday through Friday. Samples dropped off after this time will remain in the administrative area until the following morning for processing and storage.
